We are the largest provider of intensive psychiatric rehabilitation services in the UK. We believe that recovery is possible, and achievable, for many individuals suffering from mental illness. We offer a non-secure step-down facility between secure/acute psychiatric hospitals and independent living in the community.

We partner closely with the NHS and currently work with over 60 Primary Care Trusts. We help the NHS to reduce bed-blocking and save money by moving patients out of higher-cost hospitals to lower-cost community placements.

Each patient works with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, behavioural therapists, nurses, social workers and family members to build the skills and insight to return safely to the community. Regular clinical meetings and auditable feedback provide a measure of patient progress.

We currently have 210 beds across eight hospitals and three community based facilities.
