Our pathway supports individuals at every stage of their particular journey from:

The focus here is on assessment and treatment
- Locked intensive rehabilitation units for men and women
Support and security with increased independence and improved community access
- Community step-down hospitals for men and women
Providing direct access to mainstream services and improved skills for daily living skills

Longer term placements for those requiring some suport
