Meet the Team
For over 40 years, Cambian Lufton College has provided specialist further education services in the South West, offering day and 38 week residential placements (with options to extend to 52 weeks) for young people aged 16 to 25 with a learning disability and complex needs.

Our approach at Cambian Lufton College
Our person-centred approach provides learners with an individualised learning programme developed to effectively match their needs, personal decisions and aspirations, be the focus on daily living skills, vocational qualifications or independent living.*
We are proud to have our learners actively engaged in shaping college life through the Student Council and that our Moving-On curriculum enables them to shape their own lives after college.
*Learning programmes are determined by individual assessment of needs.

A broad range of complex needs including medical needs. The college is registered with both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted that undertake regular and rigorous inspections in addition to our own internal quality assurance processes.

We offer personal one to one visits for families and their young person. This is an opportunity to take a tour of the college which is tailored to the young person’s current educational needs and interests.
