This is a process to migrate to an updated Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for all children’s services, we expect this to be a progress of migration.

We would suggest;

a)    Services Managers listen to this commentary which will explain why we have a new updated template.

b)    Work over the coming week to transition from the your current BCP to this new template.
