Cambian Live Well Choices

Developed by our Occupational Therapists, Cambian’s Live well Choices is a programme that encourages our patients to participate in at least five-a-day daily living activities from house work to learning a new skills such as CV writing. Under this scheme we offer Ministry of food clinics where our patients will have the opportunity to learn the value of healthy eating and how it can contribute towards their mental well-being. In addition, our Well-Woman and Well-Men Clinics offer our patients a range of group sessions including exercise and fitness classes, importance of sleep, personal hygiene, contraception and physical health awareness, smoking and its impact on health.
