Our Specialisms

It is paramount that we achieve consistency throughout our team and have the involvement of students and parents.

Our in-house, salaried, multi-disciplinary team work in synergy to address any gaps in our students progress no matter what discliplines these concern. We recognise the importance of how an incident in one discipline could be the result of a disturbance in other areas.

Our multi-disciplinary teams consist of:

✓ Students

✓ Parents

✓ Specialist teaching teams and support staff

✓ Care teams, both night and day staff and managers

✓ Psychiatrist

✓ Psychologists

✓ Occupational therapists

✓ Speech and language therapists

✓ Physiotherapists

✓ Nurses

In addition, our staff are caring professionals, who also demonstrate many of the characteristics of good parents. They apply a gentle, yet firm annd consistent approach providing the emotional and educational support our students need. We also recognise the importance of parent involvement and feedback. All parents involved receive regular updates from our schools to discuss student progress.
