York Dungeon School Trip
Students have been studying the ‘Crime and Punishment’ topic in History and they enjoyed an educational visit to York Dungeons to motivate and inspire them with their learning.
York Dungeon is a great experience bringing together a cast of theatrical actors, special effects, stages and scenes. There are live actor shows, telling the story of York’s dark history and famous characters including Vikings, Isabella Billington and Guy Fawkes.
Students particularly found the show with the witch very scary but they loved it!
This was a valuable experience for our students in giving them an insight into what society was like many years ago.
