A 10-year-old pupil from Cambian Wisbech School has received a life-changing surprise after her teacher wrote to ITV’s The Masked Singer on her behalf.
School Teacher Samantha sent the below:
"Dear ITV’s The Masked Singer.
I am a specialist Primary School Teacher working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. I have a girl in my class called Evie, she is 10 years old. She is on the autistic spectrum and her favourite thing in the world is The Masked Singer. She can tell you every celebrity from every episode and series. Her mum makes her a new crochet masked singer every few days. She sings the songs throughout the day at school and talks to all the staff about the show. Watching on a Saturday evening is the highlight of her week.
It would mean the world if she could have a signed photograph or correspondence from someone in/from the show.
I hope you consider how you could make this little girl so happy.
Samantha Palmer

They had hoped the show might send a signed photograph or a small message of support. Instead, the school received an unexpected personalised video response from The Masked Singer.
