Potterspury Lodge had an epic day as they welcomed the Red Bull Racing STEM team to campus for a busy day of activities.
Students had the opportunity to make their own model F1 car and the chance to race it against the clock, and each other to test their skills.
They also took on the tyre-change simulator, teaming up to beat the clock with lightning-fast pit stops. Some students also used coding to manoeuvre robotic cars round a track!
Assistant Principal Clare Cooper said:
“Our students had a fantastic day with the STEM team. It was great to see them working together and learning new skills. Who knows, one day we might see one of our young people working on the grid!”
