I saw first hand on a parent visit how assured and appreciative parents were, that they would be leaving their young person in safe hands, it was really beautiful to witness – Josh you have a very calm and receptive manner that shines determination to get everything right at Stratford Lodge.

Parent Feedback

I have so much to thank the Cambian group for and it would be anyone's dream to have their precious child looked after by them.

For me it’s also about the people they so carefully employ. You’re all so professional and know exactly what J needs (undoubtedly with a wealth of experience) and this is why our young people thrive in your care.

I shall forever be indebted to each and every one of you and I am already resting so much easier.

“Staff encourage us. They ask us if there’s anything we want to talk about and help us work towards things we want to achieve.”

We observed many positive interactions between staff and people using the service.
