Last Thursday evening, the teaching team got their hands a bit dirty in a recent team building challenge! They stepped into the learner’s role, working creatively, and experiencing teamwork in a slightly different way. The teachers were asked to make a double pinch pot based on one of these themes: Teamwork and Connection, Positivity or A Summer at Pengwern.
The activity wasn’t about technical perfection. It was about: process over product, collaboration, communication and creative problem-solving rather than technical skill. They did so well, didn’t they? When their pots are glazed, the winning pot – and pair will get a little prize 😊
