Stratford Lodge provides further post-16 provision.
For students living close to the School we may be able to offer day provision.
Admission can take place at any time during the school year.
Students have access to a broad and balanced curriculum which extends throughout the waking day. A significant part of the learning process is catered for in after-school, structured activities. We aim to teach self-management through the provision of a range of strategies that allow students to develop their strengths and manage their difficulties successfully.
Our consistent approach provides an atmosphere of predictability and security in which students are able to work, learn and enjoy their leisure time.
Everything we do is supported by a wide range of clinical and therapeutic inputs including:
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Clinical Psychology
- Psychiatry and Paediatrics
- Behavioural Therapy
The main school building is a large country house set in 8 acres of grounds which provide a beautiful and secure setting for outdoor activities.
We are located in the rural setting of the village of Grateley, yet are close enough to Andover and other conurbations to be able to take advantage of local amenities and practise independence skills in the community.
A Parent Liaison Officer is available to discuss, in confidence, a student’s specific needs. We are delighted to help with any queries and to arrange a visit to the school.
