Green Class have come back settled and ready to learn! We have started our Pirate Topic and have explored ocean and coastal creatures. We have tidied up the beach: catching animals with a fishing rod and releasing them back into the sea. We have also dug up shells, and we were able to sort these from the sea creatures into two different categories, as part of our Literacy and Understanding.

We were all able to draw in the sand using our fingers or a paintbrush, developing our Literacy Writing, Fine Motor, and Sensory skills.

We also used sand, shells, and clay to make impressions, and we learned about fossil hunter Mary Anning as part of our Community Access- national historical figures.
