Meeko House is a 12 bedded SMHS (Specialist Mental Health Service), Ofsted Registered residential mental health young peoples home supporting all genders from the ages of 12-18 years with ongoing complex mental health needs and associated challenging behaviours that may prevent them from functioning within the community.

Meeko House can be sourced as a 'step up' service from the community or a 'step down' service from inpatient settings. We have an on site education provision, Home Tree School that is registered separately to Meeko House with Ofsted.

Our aim is to support young people through an in-depth and integrated approach to health, care and education, in a safe, nurturing, sensory supportive, totally inclusive and enabling environment which empowers us to measure positive personal progression. As part of the wider SMHS Services we use evidence based outcomes measures to record and review progress.
