"Leanne Dodds has 25 years of experience working within an educational setting, both mainstream and SEN. She has held a number of senior leadership roles including deputy Headteacher culminating in her current role at Northampton School. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable in supporting students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. As an English and PSD subject specialist, she has employed a variety of pedagogy to increase interest and engagement within the classroom setting. As the school’s SENCO for the last three years, she has developed a range of school wide initiatives to ensure that pupils’ needs, interests and aspirations are at the centre of all planned activities. She prides herself in advancing the academic achievement and social development of students so that they are prepared for life beyond school. Above all else, Leanne wants Northampton School to be a positive, friendly environment in which students and staff can achieve their full potential!"

Termly Governance Board meetings are held at Cambian Northampton School to ensure that the management of the school is closely scrutinised and held to account in all areas of responsibility.
