SEMH & Complex Needs

As a Tier 3 service, our homes provide a therapeutic environment for young people with complex needs and subject to progress and assessment, a move-on opportunity for them to live with other peer groups.

We provide individualised care plans and education for young men and women up to the age of 17.

Outcomes for the young people are measured through a series of observations and periodic assessments for the entire duration of placement to evidence progress, identify need and manage risk.

We have positive links with local mainstream schools, colleges and training providers and also have access to a Cambian SEMH School. Where appropriate and in line with the Children Leaving Care Act 2000, our dual homes can extend the leaving age to 18 years. We are registered with Ofsted and can accept planned or emergency referrals.
