About the Job Role
As a Team Leader, you will have varied and exciting work life; duties include planning shifts, managing medication administration, ensuring required paperwork is completed, completing supervisions with support workers and supporting development for support workers. You will conduct audits within the home and ensure that tasks are delegated to the team. We are looking for an individual who is flexible, reliable, adaptable and able to read situations to help our young people make positive choices whilst proactively supporting colleagues in their development through leading by example.

You will:
• Have the ability to assist the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
• Receive supervision in line with Quality Standards and to take responsibility for personal
• Development and progress of individual training needs
• Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
• Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
