Farm House is a welcoming and nurturing residential home located within the tranquil grounds of Brook View School. Designed for up to four children and young people aged 8 to 18, Farm House offers 38 and 52-week placements for both boys and girls with a diagnosis of autism specturm disorder, speech and language, communication and learning difficulties.
Farm House is built on a commitment to helping every child and young person achieve their personal best. We provide care and support that is tailored to each individual, recognising their unique needs, strengths and aspirations, and guiding them towards positive, meaningful progress. Our dedicated staff team and multi-agency partners work collaboratively to set and achieve meaningful targets, focusing on the development of communication and social skills, self-management of behaviours, independence, life skills, and greater self-awareness of physical health and wellbeing.
Farm House is thoughtfully designed to feel like a true home, providing a safe, structured, and enriching environment where children and young people can thrive. The home features seven en-suite bedrooms, each decorated and furnished to a high standard with familiar, comforting touches to support a sense of security and belonging. Communal spaces include two inviting lounges, a craft room that encourages creativity, a spacious kitchen diner, and a separate dining room, each fostering opportunities for social interaction, relaxation, and skill-building.
