Recently, one of our young people took on a demanding biking route in the Langdale Valley, known for its tough climbs and challenging terrain. Despite the difficulty, they showed remarkable determination and resilience, pushing through every ascent with grit and perseverance.

The ride required a lot of effort, and when another student had to drop out, this young person’s commitment shone even brighter. They stayed positive throughout the session, demonstrating not only physical strength but also a sensible and safe approach on the road sections.

Their hard work and positive attitude are a great example of the spirit we encourage at Cambian Whinfell School — facing challenges head-on and never giving up. Well done!
