CareTech Children's Services Care Awards 2024

Celebrating the dedication and excellence of our team

At CareTech, we’re driven by a shared mission: empowering lives. We help children, young people, and adults with complex needs to make their own choices, grow in confidence, and embrace life. None of this would be possible without our incredible team of professionals who live and breathe our values: friendly, positive, innovative, empowering, and person-centred.

This September, we had the privilege of honouring their hard work and dedication at the 9th Annual CareTech Children’s Awards, held at the Custard Factory in Birmingham.

With over 550 nominations across 13 Children’s Services award categories, it was

heart-warming to see how much our staff are appreciated by their peers for going above and beyond every single day. See our Award categories and winners here.

Watch the video below to relive the magic of our 9th Annual CareTech Children’s Awards and meet all of this year’s amazing winners.

Because at CareTech, we create ‘Extraordinary Days, Every Day’ - and it’s all thanks to our amazing team.

A special congratulations to our overall 2024 Children’s Services Winner John Reidy!

John, our Regional Manager in the North East, is a shining example of CareTech’s values in action. His unwavering commitment and extraordinary contributions inspire us all. We’re so proud to celebrate his achievements and the difference he makes every day.
