The following are useful resources which may be of use for adults and typically sites aimed at ages 16+. The below links are not affiliated with the Cambian Group.

Openlearn has free taster courses aimed at those considering the Open University, but everyone can access it.

 

➜ iDEA Awards

 

The Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award, known as iDEA, is an international programme that helps people develop and demonstrate your digital, enterprise and employability skills for for free.

 

➜ Free meditation from Headspace and Calm apps

 

Calm is offering 'soothing meditations', a 'calm masterclass', 'calm kids' and mindfulness resources. This is particularly useful for those of us that are in isolation for 12 weeks.

 

Headspace has a collection called Weathering the Storm, which includes meditations, sleep and movement exercises. It is available on the app (for iPhone or Android), or you can access some of the content via the Headspace website.
