Cambian Hereford students receive Bronze in Duke of Edinburgh's Award

Over the course of the year students have successfully acquired all the skills needed to receive the Bronze level of the award.

On the hottest May morning for 25 years,  students and staff donned their hiking boots and slapped on the factor 50 sunscreen, before walking five miles, navigating through the Herefordshire countryside.

Students put their navigation and map reading skills to the test, taking it in turns to lead the group to the overnight camp, where fun and games ensued as tents were erected and students were then treated to a delicious campsite meal, followed by the toasting of marshmallows.

We are so proud of the students' efforts, resilience and determination; well done!
