Hector's House Visit

14.12.2023

Tabitha from Hectors House Cat rescue came to lead an assembly. She brought two lovely black kittens called Wisley and Heligan. Heligan has is a condition called Cerebeller Hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). Sadly our students found out that black cats are the hardest to home! Our students really enjoyed meeting the kittens and learning about the great work that Hectors House do. They were set up when Hector, the founders cat, went missing and she realised that there was much needed support for stray and lost cats in the Torbay area. Their work is costly as they re-home cats within the area and much help is always needed. They are our nominated charity this year and the students presented cat food and cat toys they had collected to Tabitha.
