Potterspury Lodge School

Principal

Sarah Stacey

I started my career in 2003 working with young people with Autism and challenging behaviours in a residential setting, before transferring my skills and experience to the education sector. Starting as a teaching assistant and quickly working my way up to leadership positions, I have worked in primary and secondary settings both within mainstream and special education. I have developed an unwavering belief that every child has the right to an education which meets their needs and prepares them for their own individual futures no matter their barriers or difficulties in learning; an ethos I continue today.

I've wanted to be Principal at Potterspury Lodge for many yeards and look forward to supporting our young people to achieve their personal best and prepare them for their futures as they move towards adulthood.

Ben Billington

I am privileged and proud to have been appointed Head of Education at Potterspury Lodge School. I have almost twenty years of experience in education, in both mainstream and special needs settings, ranging from History Teacher, to Assistant Principal.

I think that the measure of any society can be judged how the most vulnerable are  treated. I am a passionate believer in championing the most vulnerable people in society, and will do everything within my professional capacity to ensure that the students at Potterspury Lodge receive the best curriculum offer possible.

One of the biggest growth areas for the school, over the next few years, will be developing the personal curriculum pathways and preparing our students to be independent and ready for the world of work.
