What You'll Do:

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

• Planning shifts and managing medication administration.
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
• Conducting supervisions with support workers to support their growth and development.
• Leading by example, actively supporting colleagues, and guiding young people toward positive choices.
• Conducting audits within the home and delegating tasks efficiently to the team.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual who is flexible, reliable, and adaptable. Someone who can read situations empathetically, helping our young people make positive choices, and supporting colleagues through exemplary leadership. Experience in a similar role is valued, but we provide full training and support to ensure your success.
