Celebrating the dedication and excellence of our team
At CareTech, we’re driven by a shared mission: empowering lives. We help children, young people, and adults with complex needs to make their own choices, grow in confidence, and embrace life. None of this would be possible without our incredible team of professionals who live and breathe our values: friendly, positive, innovative, empowering, and person-centred.
This September, we had the privilege of honouring their hard work and dedication at the 11th Annual CareTech Children’s Awards.
With over 800 nominations across 17 Children’s Services award categories, it was heart-warming to see how much our staff are appreciated by their peers for going above and beyond every single day.

Congratulations on 20 years of Service!
