Embedded Clinical Support

Our embedded clinical teams are an integral part of every young person's journey.

Working alongside residential and education colleagues, they provide clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions and personalised recommendations that help shape each child's care and education plan. This integrated approach enables us to understand the underlying causes of behaviour, promote emotional regulation and support recovery from trauma.

Our clinicians also work closely with Local Authorities, social workers and wider professionals, contributing to care planning, risk assessments and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure support remains joined up throughout each young person's placement.

Specialist Teams

Supporting young people affected by exploitation requires specialist knowledge, experience and understanding.

Our teams receive comprehensive training in child sexual exploitation, trauma-informed practice, attachment, contextual safeguarding, missing from care, harmful sexual behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Senior leaders also undertake advanced specialist practitioner training to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and therapeutic practice are embedded throughout our services.

Combined with ongoing reflective practice and multidisciplinary collaboration, this equips our teams to provide consistent, compassionate support that places each young person's safety, wellbeing and recovery at the centre of everything we do.
