Farm House Residential Home
Each of our residential homes are supported by a dedicated team of Residential Support Workers and Waking Night staff who bring not only experience, but genuine heart, patience, and understanding to their work. Many of our team members have a wealth of experience in supporting children and young people with autism, and they carry that knowledge into every interaction, routine, and moment of care.
What truly sets them apart is their motivation. Their commitment to their own development, and the development and progress of the children and young people they support, is second to none. They use their skills to help children discover what they’re capable of, build confidence and resilience, and promote independence and functioning skills.
Our staff don’t just provide support; they walk alongside each young person as they grow, learn, and move towards adulthood. They become trusted guides, key advocates, and part of their journey in helping each child feel safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
